Based on its MB gains during the entire week, I expected this to be several positions higher on the 6/2 Billboard. But it barely gained anything at all.
Now I'm starting to prepare myself for disappointment. This is one I'm really hoping can make it to the top 10, but the Billboard struggles are not a good sign of future chart movement.

I too was a bit stunned that this one gained over 1 million on Mediabase, but only 79k on Billboard. Talk about the worst translation I think I've ever seen.
But I actually have a really good feeling about this one, Zazie. I think it is going to take off in a big way like "Lover, Lover" did. It may take its time and be a 30-weeker, but I think it's gonna do it. Just a hunch of mine, I guess. It's gonna sound great on the radio this summer, and Jerrod proved to be a strong digital seller with his first 2 singles, and I think he'll kinda pick up where he left off with this one.
SOM did get another 9 adds on Mediabase this past week as well.
