I have edited this list for three reasons:
1. George Strait has 99 top 40 hits. 2. Blake Shelton has finally been added to those with at least 20 #1 hits. 3. Kenny Chesney's weeks at #1 has been upped to 72.

I have upped Tim McGraw's #1s totals to 27, pushing him past Alan Jackson. I have added Keith Urban's name to those with at least twenty #1 hits. Congratulations, Tim and Keith!
