Formerly known as Margaret before 2012, so let me take a wild guess...
Universal Republic "owns" the name Margaret Durante and she is now performing as Maggie Rose under RPM Entertainment label.
-
Did she release any other singles before Maggie? Other than:
Use Somebody - March 2010 Mississippi's Crying - November 2010 Maybe Tonight - June 2011

I believe those are the only singles she released. And that's an interesting theory. I'm not if I can get behind it though. I've just been assuming that she wanted to re-invent herself with a new label, since none of her other singles really did well. Now, she's the flagship artist at RPM and has a little more promotional muscle behind her.
She did release "Use Somebody" for Universal Republic, but after that she signed with Emrose/Stroudavarious, and then Stroudavarious changed its name to R&J, lol. She was still Margaret Durante when "Mississippi's Crying" and "Maybe Tonight" were released, and those were for R&J, which also released her Maybe Tonight EP as a work by Margaret Durante.

I've read a few articles stating the name change was really her idea, but whenever I see a name change immediately on a new label change --- it makes me think of Prince, and his loss of the name for X years.
